Connecting people, AI & practical work
I'm Robert Kotsch. I combine software development, practical AI and experience in making complex subjects understandable. My projects include AI-assisted production workflows, local AI tools and reusable development systems.
My next focus is bringing that work closer to people: helping them understand what AI can and cannot do, build workflows around real tasks and evaluate the results. I'm moving toward AI coaching and enablement, building on my background in instructional design and technical development at chemmedia AG.
Since 2009, I've created around 60 digital courses for technical, regulatory and safety-related subjects. That experience shapes my approach to AI: start with the person's task, make the process understandable and keep human judgment in the loop.
