Engineering learning for complex systems
I'm Robert Kotsch, a technical learning specialist. Since 2009, I've created around 60 digital courses for technical, regulatory, and safety-related subjects. At chemmedia AG, I combine instructional design with software development, 3D visualization, and production automation.
When standard authoring tools fall short, I build interactive simulations, reusable HTML5 assets, and custom production tools. My work includes a browser-based braiding-machine simulation and technical product visualizations for Märklin.
AI supports my workflow from research and content development to localization, quality assurance, and automation—while I remain responsible for every decision and final result.
